Colorful collage for the play 'Room Temperature' by Francisco Lupini, featuring a woman's eyes with blue eyeshadow, red lips, black-and-white hands, a thermometer, a pink flower, and bold, overlapping letters spelling 'Room Temperature'.

Synopsis: Cecilia has always been accused of being cold. Successful, independent, sexually liberated, and fiercely intelligent, she has spent a lifetime defending her right to live without apologizing for it.

Now, at her mother's funeral, she must deliver a eulogy. Unfortunately, her memories keep interrupting.

As lovers, relatives, old resentments, and unfinished conversations return, Cecilia revisits the complicated relationship with the woman who taught her nearly everything she knows about love, including how difficult it can be to express.

A funny, intimate, and increasingly vulnerable exploration of grief, motherhood, independence, and the emotional temperatures we inherit.

Conceived for either a solo performer or an ensemble of four actors.
